Pelo terceiro mês consecutivo o ILeite/Embrapa mostra um crescimento do custo de produção. Desta vez, registrando a segunda maior variação do ano. A inflação do leite foi puxada principalmente pela elevação dos custos do grupo “Concentrado”, que oscilou em 3,9% no mês, puxado pelo aumento de preços de farelo de soja, farelo de milho, ração e polpa cítrica.
Em sentido contrário, o custo da produção de “Volumosos” caiu 0,5%, juntamente com a queda de preços em itens que compõem quatro outros grupos. Mas, dado o peso do “Concentrado” no custo final, esta queda generalizada nos demais grupos não foi suficiente para reverter o resultado de inflação em novembro. O custo da “Mão de obra” não registrou variação. Os dados encontram-se no Gráfico 1.
O fechamento do ano se avizinha e o acumulado de janeiro a novembro registra deflação de 2,7%. Mas a queda vem diminuindo gradativamente desde meados do ano. Os itens responsáveis por este resultado foram aqueles relacionados à alimentação. As quedas acumuladas nos grupos “Concentrado”, “Volumosos” e “Minerais” registram dois dígitos e são, portanto, muito expressivas.
Por outro lado, o grupo com maior variação acumulada no ano foi o de “Energia e combustível”, com aumento de 20%, seguido de “Qualidade do leite”, “Mão de obra”, todos com variação positiva na casa dos dois dígitos. O grupo “Sanidade e reprodução” também apresentou variação positiva. Os dados de variação acumulada nos onze meses do ano, por grupo de custo de produção, são apresentados no gráfico 2.
Em doze meses, o ILeite/Embrapa apresentou uma deflação de -2,9%. A queda acumulada no período também vem diminuindo desde o meio do ano. “Minerais”, “Volumosos” e “Concentrado”, os três grupos que compõem a alimentação do rebanho, apresentaram retração acumulada de dois dígitos, sendo os responsáveis por este resultado.
Os demais quatro grupos registraram variação positiva, sendo que três grupos acumularam crescimento de dois dígitos, com destaque para “Qualidade do leite”, que acumulou quase 25% no ano móvel e “Energia e combustível”, com 19,6%. Os dados são apresentados no gráfico 3.
O gráfico 4 apresenta a variação mensal do custo de produção de leite ao longo de doze meses, dos quais em cinco se verificou deflação. Mas, desde junho a tendência é de elevação de preços.
