Presentación
La Federación Panamericana de Lechería – FEPALE y la Asociación de Técnicos Lecheros del Uruguay – AUTEL convocan al Curso Internacional sobre TECNOLOGIA Y COMERCIALIZACION DE QUESOS a realizarse en Montevideo, Uruguay del 30 de octubre al 01 de noviembre de 2012.El crecimiento y la diversificación que tiene el sector de la producción y comercialización de quesos hace necesaria la actualización profesional y la capacitación permanente en esta temática tan dinámica. Se propone compartir en la instancia del curso las nuevas tecnologías que se aplican en el sector quesero además de los aspectos vinculados a la comercialización del producto.Todo esto trabajando en modalidad de taller, con destacados expertos en el tema, complementando las disertaciones con trabajo en planta piloto y visitas a queserías.
Objetivo:
Conocer y actualizar las tecnologías apropiadas para la producción de quesos.
Analizar los aspectos relativos a la tecnología de elaboración y su impacto en la comercialización del producto.
