Los agricultores quisieron manifestar su profundo malestar por los precios que reciben por su producción, que no se condice a los beneficios de las empresas.
Este martes, unos 300 productores de las regiones del Bío Bío y la Araucanía y de las provincias de Osorno y Llanquihue se manifestaron en contra de las empresas Nestlé y Soprole, demandando que se traspase el alza de precios que la leche ha registrado en el contexto internacional, lo que, a su juicio, ha beneficiado a estas empresas, pues siguen pagando un valor que no responde a esta coyuntura.
Al respecto, el presidente de Aproleche Bío Bío, Juan Pablo Aruta, señaló la importancia de lograr un acuerdo.
“Necesitamos obtener un alza de precio que se nos paga por nuestra leche y que la empresa entienda nuestra posición. La labor como productores no es estar parados a las afueras de la empresa, sino que haciendo producir a nuestras vacas, pero esto deriva de una nula respuesta de la industria de mejorar el precio a productor”, afirmó el dirigente.
Los agricultores realizaron asambleas extraordinarias con el fin de informarse acerca del comportamiento actual del mercado lechero, tanto internacional como interno, y sobre la nula reacción de las principales empresas del sector de traspasar los sostenidos y altos precios de los productos lácteos observados en el contexto mundial, en el precio que se paga por la leche en Chile, a pesar de los reiterados y públicos emplazamientos efectuados para que esta demanda se materialice cuanto antes.
Bajo ese contexto, se dirigieron a las puertas de Soprolé y Nestlé y entregaron una carta en la que se hace presente la necesidad urgente de aplicar los reajustes en el pago que reciben los productores en Chile por la leche, de modo de no profundizar un mayor perjuicio en la actividad productiva lechera y evitar que el mercado de compra de leche se comporte en condiciones imperfectas al no traspasarse las variaciones del mercado internacional al mercado interno.
Además, el presidente de Aproleche Osorno, Dieter Konow, aseguró que “hemos presentado a la Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE) que hay dos actores importantes en el mercado, como Soprole y Nestlé, que argumentan que están esperando tomar una determinación de alza de precio esperando la reacción de la otra empresa. Los productores lecheros no podemos esperar hasta el infinito esta determinación”, afirmó Konow.
En tanto, el presidente de Fedeleche y Agrollanquihue, Eduardo Schwerter, no descartó la realización de nuevas movilizaciones, sino existe una reacción oportuna y concreta de las empresas Soprole y Nestlé.
